Shipping InformationAll products subject to availability BACK ORDERED ITEMS: Customers will be informed via e-mail of items that are back ordered. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. The Cleveland Browns do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days via UPS (excluding Military addresses and P.O. Boxes, which are shipped via the USPS - United States Postal Service). All orders being shipped to Military addresses or P.O. BOXES cannot be shipped with any service other than USPS. All orders shipped with UPS will be assigned a tracking number and can be easily tracked online at UPS.com. The Cleveland Browns shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by Acts of God, perils of the air, authority of law, riots, strikes, civil commotions, or hazards or dangers incident to a state of war. FedEx Overnight and 2nd Day Rush orders for the holidays placed before noon on dec. 18,2007 are scheduled to arrive by Dec 24,2007. FedEx Rush Requests will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Rush delivery only available in the Continental United States. Military Addresses and P.O. BOXES will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box. A $10.00 handling fee will be applied to all Military Addresses and P.O. Box orders. Military addresses and P.O. Box orders cannot be tracked or guaranteed. International orders are shipped through FedEx. Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days (depending on destination). Please allow extra time for shipping, due to heightened security, as packages are processed through customs. The Cleveland Browns are not responsible for any extra duty applied by country of import.
